Around here, that would be me. Then I have to check with the firm administrator, which would be me. Then I clear it with personnel... which is of course, me. Then Human Resources must be in on the loop. Fortunately, since that is also me, the process goes rather smoothly until it gets to the CEO's desk. That would also be me but I always feel compelled to pull rank because I can.
