Stripping.....oh get your minds out of the gutter

This week’s Project is to strip the countless layers of dark varnish from the kitchen cupboards and then wax them. First job, emptying all the crap. Is it me, or does anybody else have a drawer in the kitchen full of carrier bags? Out they came by the dozen, forty one to be exact. I ended up sat on the floor surrounded by the things laughing out loud. Could I be a new challenge for Betty Ford, or does anybody else have a drawer like this?

I would have a drawer like that but my kitchen only has two drawers. I put those plastic grocery bags in a cupboard instead. Right next to all my alcohol. I guess that means that I am always ready to get drunk and shop.

We keep our plastic bags in the cupboard as well :) We use them for garbage bags!

Yeah, I keep my carrier bags in the bottom of the cupboard. At home we used to have a drawer specifically for them. Lately I have begun throwing them away once I empty the groceries...the amount was getting ridiculous. If carrier bags were money, I'd never be broke.

We keep those bags to poop scoop the dog yard. With three dogs we go through a lot of bags. :)
